Electronic chips restore sight to the blind

A team medical deutsche University of Tubingen in surgery restored sight to blind people and enabled them to identify objects and read the characters through the inculcation of microprint chips under the skin.

The Professor Eberhard Tserinr head a team of doctors, as provided by "Der Spiegel" the German, that these segments is composed of 1500 pixels camera mounted on a chip Mkroip three millimeters square mild planted under the skin takes about four hours without any side-effects, confirming that the chip is removed after a few weeks.

The Tserinr intention to conduct similar operations next year for more than twenty thousand blind but chips and electronic functions performed wirelessly allows them to stay under the skin permanently.
