Major companies are fighting agreement, "wrote Google"

Joins Microsoft and Yahoo and Amazon.com, a coalition seeking to rally opposition against the ambitions of Google Inc. in the U.S. use of the millions of copies through the digital service, "wrote Google."

The aim of the alliance, which will be called "Open Book Alliance" to persuade a federal judge to ban or change the plans by Google, through judicial settlement established in the seventh of next month.

The coalition will try to convince the U.S. Department of Justice that the settlement with Google and book publishers could undermine competition in the market e-books, with the growing users of electronic readers, such as reader "Kindle" of the Amazon.

Google plans to allow free access to some of the books at a time when other books sell the site will share profits with the writers and publishers, in the event that
a settlement has been completed.

Is this true of these companies, why are fighting the greatest company in the world of the Internet "Google"? This is an important question I want answered.
